The entry of joining unit and date joined the association are included to help authenticate registration requests. These fields are optional because some members may not have been members of a unit and others maybe unsure of their joining date.

After you submit this form you will receive an immediate acknowledgement by email which will ask you to verify your email address. Once this verification has been received each user will require approval by the Site Administrator before they can access the site.

Administrators will approve registrations starting in October, 2014. Everyone should be on board by the end of October.
